國家特聘專家,海外高層次人才,國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員。1996與2001年分別獲得中科院上海微系統(tǒng)所理學(xué)博士與瑞典皇家理工學(xué)院工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2001年起先后任瑞典皇家理工學(xué)院專職研究員、副教授、首席教授以及國家創(chuàng)新中心主任等,2010-2020年任復(fù)旦大學(xué)信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長。長期從事智能電子與系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、集成與應(yīng)用研究,包括物聯(lián)網(wǎng)無線感知與片上智能系統(tǒng)、 AIOT邊緣計(jì)算與分布式智能系統(tǒng)、高能效類腦智能芯片與類腦超算系統(tǒng)等,在Science、IEEE相關(guān)期刊和會(huì)議等發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文400余篇、學(xué)術(shù)專著2部、發(fā)明專利10多項(xiàng),產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果多項(xiàng)。
類腦計(jì)算研究組:
本研究課題組借鑒人類大腦模塊化、層次化的信息處理機(jī)制范式,圍繞類腦智能重點(diǎn)聚焦粗細(xì)粒度可塑的專用神經(jīng)處理電路、芯片架構(gòu)、專用計(jì)算系統(tǒng)、超大規(guī)模仿真計(jì)算及相關(guān)軟硬件等研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)從結(jié)構(gòu)仿腦到功能類腦,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)全腦計(jì)算。課題組研究的類腦專用處理電路、架構(gòu)及芯片系統(tǒng),將呈現(xiàn)規(guī)?;⑷ブ行幕?、事件驅(qū)動(dòng)、高實(shí)時(shí)、高可靠等特征,對(duì)多目標(biāo)多任務(wù)的處理可以通過海量神經(jīng)元的高效協(xié)同來實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的有效利用和高效任務(wù)分發(fā)。
