劉學釗,研究員,腦認知與髓鞘發(fā)育研究組組長。2006年本科畢業(yè)于天津科技大學,2009年碩士畢業(yè)于南開大學,2015年于中國科學院大學取得博士學位。于2017年7月至2025年1月在美國辛辛那提兒童醫(yī)院醫(yī)學中心從事博士后研究工作。參與完成了美國國家多發(fā)性硬化癥協(xié)會 (National Multiple Sclerosis Society) 的科研項目。 代表性研究成果以第一及共同第一作者身份發(fā)表在《Cell》、《Nature Neuroscience》和《Journal of Cell Biology》等國際頂尖期刊上。
腦認知與髓鞘發(fā)育研究組
在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中,髓鞘(myelin)是由少突膠質(zhì)細胞(oligodendrocytes,OLs)生成的一種重要結(jié)構(gòu)。髓鞘在維持神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)正常功能中扮演著不可或缺的角色,它能夠顯著提升神經(jīng)信號的傳導(dǎo)速度并優(yōu)化能量利用效率。髓鞘的缺陷或損傷與多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病密切相關(guān),例如神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育障礙、智力障礙以及阿爾茲海默癥等。此外,髓鞘還為神經(jīng)元軸突的長期功能和存活提供了關(guān)鍵的神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子、生長因子及能量物質(zhì)支持。基于這些發(fā)現(xiàn),我們的研究目標是在全腦規(guī)模神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)突破,深入揭示神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號高速高效傳遞的內(nèi)在機制,從而為相關(guān)疾病的治療和神經(jīng)科學的進一步發(fā)展奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
