個人簡介:

時穎超,研究員,神經(jīng)細胞圖譜與認知網(wǎng)絡研究組組長;2018年于中國科學院生物物理研究所獲理學博士學位。2018年9月至2022年10月,先后在中國科學院生物物理研究所擔任助理研究員、副研究員。 2022年11月起,擔任廣東省智能科學與技術(shù)研究院神經(jīng)細胞圖譜與認知網(wǎng)絡研究組組長、研究員。獲國家自然科學基金面上項目、廣東省杰出青年項目、科技創(chuàng)新2030“腦科學與類腦研究”重大項目和中國科學院青年創(chuàng)新促進會人才項目等資助。時穎超研究員長期致力于中間神經(jīng)元多樣性形成機制的研究,近三年研究成果以第一作者/共同通訊發(fā)表于Science、Cell Research、PLOS Biology和Current Opinion in Neurobiology等雜志。

神經(jīng)細胞圖譜與認知網(wǎng)絡研究組:

大腦是哺乳動物最復雜的器官,理解大腦的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能是最具挑戰(zhàn)性的前沿科學問題,是理解認知、思維、意識和語言(腦功能)的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。復雜而精細的腦功能活動的實現(xiàn)有賴于多樣的神經(jīng)細胞的協(xié)作及神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的建立。系統(tǒng)解析大腦中神經(jīng)細胞的類型、基因表達特征、神經(jīng)元放電模式及網(wǎng)絡連接模式等信息,對于繪制神經(jīng)細胞圖譜和解析認知網(wǎng)絡至關(guān)重要。該研究方向?qū)τ诮沂灸X功能和腦疾病機制及治療靶點有重要意義。

本課題組應用單細胞多組學技術(shù),聯(lián)合分子和細胞生物學、電生理學、行為學等多種技術(shù)手段,繪制包含神經(jīng)細胞類型、分子特征及網(wǎng)絡連接模式等多維度信息的人和小鼠腦神經(jīng)細胞圖譜及認知網(wǎng)絡。同時,本課題組還致力于三維類腦器官培養(yǎng)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新及應用,并以此為模型來探究神經(jīng)發(fā)生、神經(jīng)元遷移及神經(jīng)環(huán)路建立等過程的形成模式及腦疾病的發(fā)病機制,進一步輔助神經(jīng)細胞圖譜及認知網(wǎng)絡的繪制及解析。
