個人簡介:
王宜敏,研究員,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)計算與可視化研究組組長。2003年于復(fù)旦大學(xué)取得學(xué)士學(xué)位,2009年于新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)取得博士學(xué)位。研究方向包括腦科學(xué)圖像大數(shù)據(jù)可視計算與分析、生物圖像信息學(xué)、混合現(xiàn)實、計算機圖形學(xué)、人工智能等。2022年起任廣東省智能科學(xué)和技術(shù)研究院研究員和研究組長。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金委基金2項,上海市科委自然科學(xué)基金等項目多項。研究成果發(fā)表于 Nature,Nature Methods,Nature Communications 等雜志。
神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)計算與可視化研究組:
本課題組圍繞腦科學(xué)領(lǐng)域中產(chǎn)生的多尺度多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)開展一系列的計算、可視化和分析研究。基于發(fā)展新的可視化、人機交互和人工智能等方法,研究腦科學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)管理、面向全腦圖像的交互式神經(jīng)元結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)注、神經(jīng)元三維形態(tài)自動重建、多模態(tài)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的表示與知識發(fā)現(xiàn)、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)測與生成等問題。目標(biāo)為鑒定神經(jīng)元類型、解析神經(jīng)環(huán)路特征、建立功能與結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)、構(gòu)建和探索腦連接圖譜提供有效的技術(shù)支撐和關(guān)鍵的科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)。
課題組長期招收博士生。目前組內(nèi)博士生由澳門大學(xué)、香港理工大學(xué)、北京師范大學(xué)等高校聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。此外,課題組也長期招收博士后、實習(xí)生等人員。
